Waupaca County Library Planning Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Waupaca County Courthouse, 811 Harding St., Waupaca, WI 54981, Room 1068, to hear public comment on the Waupaca County Library Service Plan: 2020-2024. Copies of the Plan are available for review at county libraries.
